Using the calendar
Three ways to look at it
- β° List
- Everything coming up, soonest first. Best for “what’s on next?”
- β Grid
- Cards with artwork. Good for browsing.
- π
Calendar
- A month at a time. Best for “what’s on this Friday?”
In the month view, choose how days look
- β§ Icons
- Just the game symbols — compact, easiest to scan a whole month.
- β‘ Names
- Event names only.
- β¨ Both
- Symbol and name together. This is the default.
These buttons only appear on the month view, because that is
the only place they change anything.
Narrowing it down
- All / Events / Releases — events are things you come and
play; releases are new products arriving.
- Game buttons — tap a game to see only its events. Tap it
again to clear.
- Show past — on by default, so the calendar is a record of what we have run. Untick it to see only what is still to come.
Opening an event
- Click any event for the full details, times and location.
- Where tickets are needed you will see how many are left, and a button to book.
- Events with no ticket need nothing — just turn up.
Sharing
Every event has a share link that opens the calendar on that day, so you can send
somebody straight to it rather than telling them to go looking.
The calendar remembers which view you picked, so it opens the
same way next time.
